Corporate Expansion – New Steubenville, Ohio Office

Craig Klein, President & CEO of CRS and a native of Steubenville, Ohio has chosen his hometown to initiate the next growth phase for his company. In mid-June 2007, CRS will open an office in Steubenville that will initially employ 10. Plans provide for a total of 35 employees at the Steubenville location within 24 months of opening.
Klein, commenting on the expansion said, “The growth of our company has resulted in offers to expand our operations in a variety of cities and states where we have strong client relationships. Even though I have not lived in Steubenville for 25 years, I maintain a strong tie with friends and family there. Steubenville makes sense from many different perspectives and doing something positive for my hometown greatly appealed to me. Once we have reached full employment in the Steubenville office, we will be adding approximately $2,500,000 annually to the local economy.”
Klein added, “Additionally, I’m grateful to the Ohio Department of Development for providing us a grant to support the training of our new employees. The Ohio Investment In Training Program (OITP) Grant was made possible through the hard work and support of another Steubenville native, Lou Gentile, who serves as the Assistant Director of the Governor’s Office Of Appalachia.”

I am very pleased with CRS. The CRS staff has been great to work with. Craig, DJ, Mrs. Winston, Ralph, and of course the one and only Tonia McFerin have been an ideal vendor to work with. Quick customer service, a proven collection record, with a knowledgeable staff that responds to our court’s needs are all areas I see with CRS.
I receive calls from different courts from time to time asking about CRS. I would never have a problem talking with other courts and would be happy to do so if CRS ever needs it. Raymond recently retired from the Steubeville City Schools after 30 years of service as a teacher, coach and athletic director.
